Pre-Oldfag

Namy_McNameface is a YouTuber who was known on 2b2t for farming carrots, giving people kits to create carrot farms, spawning thousands of withers named "Sub to Namy McNameface" and destroying melons farms.

Initial Fun

Namy joined the second day the server was up on 6/25/2019 at 17:26. Within a few days and with an elytra from friend he was able to gather some resources from the end and head out 500k+ to start a base. After setting up a villager breeder, a tripple spawner, and a flattening a large part of a nether fortress Namy allowed Afdud to come to the base and invite his friends. Together they farmed out gear, wither skulls, and worked on some larger projects. Around this time a player named fie_nd expressed interest in basing with Namy. They went out into the end together and Namy built up an enderman grinder while fie_nd set up a house for aesthetics and basic base stuff. After a few days of afking and some time at spawn Namy went out to find a place to build a slime farm. Once he found a place he began work and give the coords to fie_nd and soon after gave gave the coords to Qokko. Between the three of them the farm was always working and even with the unbearably bad spawn rate of slimes Namy got more than enough slime for the farms he wanted to build. Namy gave the coords to GeNkRaZyKiLLeR, who would proceed to afk at the slime farm. A day later, 864 showed up at the base while only Qokko was present. A lot of controversy has sprawled from the timing of 864's arrival and explanations for how he found it, one suggesting that the grief of Namy's base would lead to the inside and fall of two of the largest groups at the time, largely cause there was a great amount of suspicion around GeNk insiding or 864 trying to frame him, but since then these suspicions have generally been abandoned and proven wrong. Most likely, it was that John accidentally leaked multiple base region files with JayAmazingness, who gave the coords to 864. Namy neatly lavacasted the slime farm and left.

Some Fun Events

Obsidian Slaves

Namy_McNameface wanted a lot of obsidian, and didn't want to do all the work himself, so him and fie_nd slaved new players and geared plays to mine obsidian for him. Working conditions were rough and because all discussions Namy has are in public chat spawnfags eventually came to the end and started killing the slaves unpon entering the end. Namy used this opportunity to collect shulker shells, coming back a few times more discretely enslaving people to mine obsidian. Namy collected about 13 shulker of obsidian from this endeavor which was used to make a shulker of echests, his first gold farm, and some long term storage.

Meeting up with SalC1

Soon After SalC1 make his first 2b2t alternatives video he joined the server to see how it was doing, Namy found SalC1 alone in the nether other people soon started comming. Namy left and was luckily able to retrieve some materials for written books before SalC1 left. SalC1 signed a book for Namy and one for StormTroopers at this moment.

Involvement In The First Spawn Crusade

Leading up to the crusade Namy_McNameface vocally declared that there will be an incursion. As the time got closer the creation of the Constantine white list seemed like a good reason for an incursion and 9/11 seemed like a good time to really get things going. Once the time came Namy put him wall building skill to work and erected a lava wall nearly to world height in a 1200 x 1200 square around 0 0.

Namy_McNameface would re-light his lava wall and almost every other lavacast at spawn during the second crusade, bringing the tps down to <1.

TNT bomber

In the early days of oldfag tnt duplicating was disabled, but after much begging from Namy_McNameface LolRiTTeR came on to tell Namy to make a tnt duper, and then tnt was duped and everything changed for Namy_McNameface.

3 years after first tnt duping, Namy would use tnt dupers to make a perimeter that houses the two greatest farms in oldfag history: the jewbase goldfarm and dirtfarm, all surrounded by 4 million blocks of superflat carrots

Destroying Bedrock

One day while hanging around spawn a player named ImSwordKing messaged Namy about how he had removed the end gateway portals and that LolRiTTeR was fixing them. Namy went to the end, found LolRiTTeR afk near an end portal gateway and Namy using ender crystals removed a lot of the bedrock around the portal. When LolRiTTeR came back LolRiTTeR exploded the current crystal popping one of Namy's totems and LolRiTTeR proceeded to replace the bedrock and tell Namy not to break bedrock saying "dont remove any" and "no loopholes here."

Jewbase Namy

Namy_McNameface introduced himself to Jewbase when he found Bruh77 and Jawhawk's starter base in November 2019. Bruh77 and Jawhawk would invite him to Jewbase 1, knowing Namy would find it eventually anyways. This proved to be the start of maybe the most influential partnership in oldfag history as Namy, Bruh77, and other Jewbase members would influence server events throughout the years. Notable Jewbase Namy events include:

• The 4 million block carrot farm + groomed Bruh77 into becoming a better carrot farmer than he ever was
• The biggest goldfarm in oldfag history
• The one and only dirt farm
